Los Angeles REALTOR® Neda Farjoodi has been “hooked on real estate” since she was a child. Both of her parents worked in real estate and she remembers developing a passion while watching them. Today she thrives on seeing that joy in the eyes of her clients. That’s why some of her favorite activities are guiding Los Angeles home buyers through the steps to a successful purchase, attending their closings, and handing them the keys to their new homes.
Neda’s approach to Los Angeles real estate is a little more personal than most – and that personal touch leads to successful transactions for her clients.
Because she takes the time to get acquainted and learn something of their hopes and dreams, she can ask the right questions. Answering those questions prompts her clients to focus on what they really want in a home, so they’ll be happy with their choice. At the same time, considering their answers to her questions helps her sellers make the most beneficial decisions.
Neda’s goal is not only to serve her Los Angeles real estate clients well and keep them as future clients, but to gain new friends in the process.

Hearing what “the other side” is saying and reacting appropriately gives her clients an advantage during the negotiating phase of a real estate transaction.
