The Spotlight Realtor Network was created to PUSH coaching, training, building and running a business within the real estate community, to whole new heights! As agents are independent contractors, we ensure they have a business plan that they have created to follow, and proven systems to model, to bring them success and ultimately a rewarding LIFE BY DESIGN. Spotlight Realtor Network strives to grow agents to THINK BIG, to be professionally knowledgeable, self-sufficient, and to empower them have a MILLIONAIRE MINDSET that will help them build businesses worth owning, careers worth having, lives worth living, experiences worth giving and legacies worth leaving.
