Terri began her Real Estate career over 20 years ago, by accident. That accidental transition
blazed a trail of development into a life-long passion. Initially, she served as a member and
partner to a Top Real Estate Agent Team. After working with hundreds of buyers and sellers,
Terri couldn’t resist the amazing opportunity of elevating into a Team Leader role. As a Team
Leader, Terri discovered her true passion of helping agents grow and develop their business.
In the Team Leader Role, she was inducted into the KWRI Hall of Fame for Team Leaders. Rock
Star status!

Terri was presented with another amazing opportunity to level-up as Operating Principal of the
Rancho Cucamonga Market Center. Her focus continued with a commitment to creating an
environment where agents could thrive both professionally and personally, along with
encouragement of overall wealth building. With one OP title under her belt, the desire for
growth continued, and Terri took steps to become the Operating Principal of her initial Market
Center, Westlake Village.

The goal of OP? To challenge the views of what a brokerage is, and can become. We will
achieve this by challenging ourselves to stay ahead of market trends, understanding
technology as it changes, offering continuing education, along with providing investment and
money growth opportunities to those who are interested.
